Packages typically ship within 1-3 business days after you place your order, with Free Shipping on all qualified orders. Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, clean, unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging or box. No smell of perfume or smoke will be accepted.

Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds: To be eligible for a an online purchase refund, your return must be received within 10 days of the original ship date, accompanied by the original receipt.

Store Credit: Returns for store credit must be received within 15 days of the original ship date, with the original receipt.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for returning items to the store, either in person or by mail. Shipping cost for returns are not covered by The Nest.
