Refund policy

We want  you to love your purchase from The Nest! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return guidelines below:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, clean, unworn, with original tags attached and in the original packaging or box. No smell of perfume or smoke will be accepted. 
  • Sale and Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • Refunds: To be eligible for a an online purchase refund, your return  must be received within 14 days of the original ship date, accompanied by the original receipt. 
  • Store Credit: Returns for store credit must be received within 14 days of the original ship date, with the original receipt. 
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for returning items to the store, either in person or by mail. Shipping cost for returns are not covered by The Nest. 
  • Please note: Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted for return.
